Who We Build With
Charities and non-profits rarely have access to a permanent, optimized delivery capability. Each project assembles a new team, absorbs years of learning, and disperses the moment the building is complete. Tatibah functions as the in-house delivery team these organizations never had, working alongside the community and funding knowledge they already hold, delivering transitional, deeply affordable, and mixed-tenure buildings benchmarked against the nation’s top cost consultants.
Build Canada Homes — we supply delivery for approved partner build programs on a milestone basis. Where BCH holds land it wants developed, we take it from raw land to occupied buildings under a GMP contract for each phase. Land in. Homes out.
Our own portfolio of affordable and market-rate buildings runs alongside partner programs, strengthening purchasing economics and production efficiency for everyone in the system.
How We Partner
Every partnership is structured around a minimum five-year Master Service Agreement, defining volumes, milestones, and fixed pricing. Audited and transparent, so the dollars flow safely and every stage delivers genuine value.
We work with partners wherever they are, land in hand, sites to be sourced, or both. Every program launches with at least one shovel-ready project from day one.
Under Ontario’s planning legislation, up to ten units may be built on appropriately zoned land without site plan approval. For the right partners, this keeps production active between larger milestones and puts homes into communities where conventional development, and its economics, never reached.
